Because of hygiene reasons,  all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this. Please review your cart before completing your order.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a (i) damaged product during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at info@kirafeine.com with your order number, reasons and photo of evidence.
