COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATES
Please note that delivery delays are expected due to the developing of COVID-19 situation.
For international orders, due to the significant reduction of air flights, there will be significant delays in all international deliveries.
If delivery to your destination is suspended, we will hold onto your orders and mail them out as soon as the suspension is lifted.

HONG KONG ORDERS
At the moment we can only ship via SF express for Hong Kong orders.
Delivery takes between 1-3 working days.
A tracking number will be sent via email after we post your order.
For orders under 150HKD, postage will be 30HKD.
For orders over 150HKD, you will be able to enjoy free shipping.*
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, products will be shipped from Hong Kong via FedEx Economy or EMS Speedpost. Please see the table below for delivery time and postage.
For orders under 200HKD, postage will need to paid accordingly.
For orders over 200HKD, you will be able to enjoy free shipping.*

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes when your order goes through customs.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ for each country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, please refer to your local delivery services.
Please note, Kirafeine will not be responsible or held liable should any parcels be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery date.
CHINA ORDERS
We ship via SF express, postage will be 60HKD and will arrive within 7 days.
For orders under 200HKD, postage will be 60HKD.
For orders over 200HKD, you will be able to enjoy free shipping.*
CURRENCY
Kirafeine process orders in Hong Kong Dollar. While you may select your preferred currency, you will checkout using Hong Kong Dollar at the most current exchange rates.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If your package is returned back to us due to an incomplete address, wrong address, unsuccessful courier delivery after the 2nd delivery attempt, the buyer will have to top up the delivery fee before we can resend it again.
